BBChain Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) describes the prohibited uses of BBChain’s (“BBChain”, “Connecting Blocks Consultoria Ltda”, or “we”) websites, products and services, including, without limitation, the websites located at https://www.bbchain.com.br/ and https://www.bbchain.com.br/ebs-enterprise-blockchain-as-a-service-blockchain-como-servico (“Sites”) and any product and service offerings provided on those sites, including, without limitation, the EBS – Enterprise Blockchain as a Service platform (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By using the Services or accessing the BBChain Sites, you agree to the most recent version of this Policy.


Illegal, harmful or offensive use

You may not use, encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to use the BBChain Sites and Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing or offensive use, or to transmit, store, display, distribute or otherwise make available any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing or offensive content. Activities or content that we prohibit include:

  • Activitiesillegal, harmful, fraudulent orhigh risk . Any illegal activities, which violate our rights and/or the rights of third parties, which may be harmful to the Sites or Services, third parties, our operations or reputation, including, without limitation, the dissemination, promotion or facilitation of pornography, child pornography, offering or advertising of fraudulent goods, services, schemes or promotions, get-rich-quick schemes, ponzi and pyramid schemes, phishing, pharming or any activities that may harm, cause physical, moral or environmental harm, or lead to the death or serious bodily injury of any person.
  • Infringing Content. Content that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property or proprietary rights of BBChain or third parties, as well as content that is prohibited by law, regulation, decree or governmental order.
  • Violent or offensive content . Content that threatens, incites, promotes or actively encourages violence, terrorism or other serious harm, or that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy or otherwise objectionable, including content that constitutes child pornography, relates to bestiality or depicts non-consensual sexual acts.
  • Contentharmful . Content or other computer technology that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, disrupt, impair the use of, gain unauthorized access to, or expropriate any system, service, device, account, network, program, or data, including, without limitation, malware, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or cancelbots.


Security breach

You may not use the Sites and Services to violate the security, integrity or availability of any BBChain network, computer, communications system, software application or computing device (“System”). Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

  • Unauthorized Access. Accessing or using any System without permission, including attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a System or breach any security or authentication measures used by a System.
  • Interception. Monitoring data or traffic on a System without BBChain's permission.
  • Origin Forgery. Forging TCP-IP packet headers, email headers, or any part of a message that describes its origin or route.


Network abuse

You may not make network connections to any user, host, or network unless you have permission to communicate with them. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring or tracking. Monitoring or tracking a System that in any way harms or disrupts the System being monitored or tracked.
  • Denial ofservice (DoS). Flooding a target with communication requests so that the target cannot respond to legitimate traffic or responds so slowly that it becomes ineffective.
  • Interferenceintentional . Interfering with the proper working of any System, including any deliberate attempt to overload a System through mail bombing, news bombing, broadcast attacks or flooding techniques.
  • Operation ofservices ofnetwork. Operate network services such as open proxies, open mail relays, or open recursive domain name servers.
  • Restrictions of thesystem . Use manual or electronic means to circumvent any usage limitations imposed on a System, such as access and storage restrictions.


Improper sending of emails or other messages

You will not distribute, publish, send, or facilitate the sending of unsolicited bulk email or any other unwanted messages, promotions, advertising, or solicitations (“spam”), including commercial advertisements and informational announcements. Furthermore, you will not alter or obscure email headers, or impersonate a sender without the explicit permission of such third party. Finally, you will not collect responses to messages sent from another internet service provider if such messages violate this Policy or that provider’s acceptable use policy.

 

Monitoring and inspection


We reserve the right, but without any obligation, to investigate any violation of this Policy or misuse of the Sites and/or Services. In this regard, we may:

  • Investigate violations or suspected violations of this Policy, as well as misuse of the Sites or Services;
  • Remove, disable access to, or modify any content or feature that violates this Policy, or any other agreement we have with you for your use of the Sites and/or Services;
  • Report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to law enforcement agencies, regulators or other appropriate third parties; or
  • Cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulators, or other appropriate third parties in assisting in the investigation and prosecution of illegal conduct by providing all information relating to alleged violations of this Policy.

 


Reporting violations and updating this Policy


You will not assist or encourage anyone to do any of the above. If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, you agree to notify us immediately and provide us with assistance, as requested, to stop or remedy the violation. We may, from time to time, amend this Policy in our sole discretion to provide more detail or describe reasonable restrictions on your use of the Sites or Services. In such cases, we will post a revised version of this Policy, and the revised Policy will be effective on the date of posting.
